- Teamwork & collaboration—support Santa, Mrs. Claus, and fellow Elves
- Safety & crowd management tips for busy retail and event spaces
- Special Surprise: Elf Secrets to Spread Maximum Cheer (revealed at the end!)
- Often the Elf is also the photographer for the retailer
- For corporate events often they hand out the gifts if Mrs. Claus is not available
